We do have an opening for Web Designer in our organization named ADVT Software.  We are looking for reliable and honest web designer who can work with me for several web design projects.

We are looking for a candidate who must have the following qualities:

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To design Web sites and ensure that they are visually effective and easy to access.
2. Liaising closely with the customer or client at the design stage to answer questions such as: why is the site needed, who is the target audience, who are the leading competitors, etc.
3. Advising the client on the categories and information needed to construct the site.
4. Writing web pages in a combination of codes such as hypertext mark-up language (HTML), XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash; Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
5. Candidate should have worked on Flash, CSS, Div-based/Table less websites.
6. Converting designs visualized in Photoshop, etc to standards compliant html.
7. Testing the web sites for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions.
8. To upload the websites on to the Internet.
9. Experience in High-end website designs.
10. Good communication skills.
11. Be updated with new web development technology
12. Build cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS
13. Candidate will be responsible for the Designing websites and maintenance work of developed websites.
14. Candidate must be proficient in Photoshop, CSS, and Dreamweaver.
15. Excellence in Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

3. Expert in Creative Logo design
4. Expert in Dream viewer
5. Strong knowledge of HTML/XHTML coding
6. Strong knowledge of Flash, CSS, Ajax, Action script, Div-based
7. Expert in flash scripting
8. CSS 2.0 standard coding skills.

3. Experience: Min 2 years
